With over 10 years of experience as a strength coach, Adam has gained extensive knowledge through working with a diverse population of patients in the chronic pain and rehabilitation space, and with individuals who are simply looking to maintain their health and longevity. Movement can give us a sense of appreciation for the human body, and is a necessity in an individual’s rehabilitation. Therapy is collaborative and involves effort from the patient, as they are attempting to get back to performing at a high level - whether that’s sport, their job, or life.
